DALLAS – Jan. 17, 2018 – SymphonyAI, the leading global provider of Artificial Intelligence-enabled decision platforms, solutions and customer-centric insights that drive validated growth for retailers and CPG manufacturers, today announced that Tavria-V ― a regional grocery retail chain in Odessa, Ukraine operating over 70 stores of varying formats, from supermarkets to convenience stores ― selected SymphonyAI’s Store Operations and Store Mobility solutions to help improve overall operational efficiencies.

Recently, Tavria-V had significantly restructured its supply chain which impacted the operations of its existing stores. Due to this, store associates required assistance and tools to streamline operations for maximum efficiency, and store operations needed to be more effectively connected to its headquarters team to improve communication and collaboration.

“We have been looking for a solution that will support end-to-end operations of our stores and allow fast implementation and organization of store processes that are currently going through significant change,” said Sergey Konkov, CIO of Tavria-V. “Having evaluated market offerings, we selected SymphonyAI to provide us with comprehensive capabilities for planning and execution of store processes as well as support full and transparent collaboration between headquarters and the field.”

The solutions will be implemented by a blended team of experts from SymphonyAI and local partner, Consulting for Retail, combining world-class best practices and local knowledge of the Ukrainian market.

“We are delighted to have the opportunity to help Tavria-V optimize its store operations with our mobility technologies,” said Stanislav Krupnik, General Manager, Russia and CIS, SymphonyAI. “Our broad experience, based on successful implementations of store operations and mobility solutions in large European retailers, will enable Tavria-V to increase productivity of store associates, improve operational efficiency and fully align store and supply chain replenishment processes.”
