As of 11 January, 2018 Symphony EYC became the Customer Intelligence Division of SymphonyAI.
Symphony EYC, the leading provider of software and services for retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers, today appointed Arnaud Gauthier to the new position of vice president, sales, Southern Europe. Reporting directly to Graeme Cooksley, president and managing director, Symphony GOLD, Gauthier will oversee sales operations throughout France and Southern Europe.

Arnaud Gauthier comes to Symphony EYC from JDA Software where, as senior sales director EMEA for the past four years, he was responsible for consulting, cloud and education sales. Gauthier’s additional experience with supply chain and retail software sales include managing director and co-founder at Optishops-Trendddy, a startup e-commerce solutions vendor in the fashion and retail market; managing director and partner at Axaltec, a JD Edwards and APS reseller; and, key account and sales manager at Dynasys – Collaborative Supply Chain Solutions.
