PALO ALTO, Calif., October 6, 2025 – SymphonyAI, the leader in Vertical AI applications, today announced the retirement of Bill Bragg, Chief Information Officer, after three years of impactful leadership, and the appointment of Nabitha Rao as Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO).
During his tenure, Bill Bragg unified and modernized IT across SymphonyAI’s family of companies, consolidating technology infrastructure and enterprise systems to create a single, powerful foundation for vertical AI innovation. His leadership ensured SymphonyAI’s IT strategy could scale securely and compliantly across multiple industries while improving the digital workplace experience for employees worldwide. By aligning core technology capabilities with SymphonyAI’s vertical businesses, Bill enabled the company to better serve customers in retail, financial services, manufacturing, and enterprise IT.

Succeeding Bill, Nabitha Rao will step into the expanded CDIO role, where she will lead SymphonyAI’s global IT strategy and operations—including IT services, enterprise systems, cloud operations, and security—while spearheading transformation initiatives to modernize platforms and advance the company’s corporate AI strategy.
Nabitha brings nearly two decades of IT leadership at high-growth technology companies, including GitLab and RingCentral. She has driven large-scale transformation programs—including enterprise applications, operations, and M&A integrations—while building high-performing global teams and technology platforms to support rapid growth and public-company maturity.
