With more than two decades of legal leadership in the technology sector, Colpitts will oversee SymphonyAI’s global legal, governance, compliance, and intellectual property functions. He previously served as General Counsel for Gigamon, DataDirect Networks, and Tintri, where he guided organizations through high-growth periods, strategic transactions, and global expansion.
