DALLAS – April 13, 2020SymphonyAI, the leading global provider of AI-enabled revenue growth management solutions and customer-centric insights for retailers and CPG manufacturers across the entire value chain, today announced that Korablik, one of the largest networks of children’s stores in Russia, went live with SymphonyAI Warehouse Management.

Korablik’s first store was launched in 2000 in Moscow. Now operating 210+ stores in more than 100 cities throughout Russia, their products include fresh food, maternity items, children’s clothing, shoes, toys, furniture, strollers, hygiene items and other accessories.

With the development and rapid growth of their business, Korablik required a new and comprehensive solution that would support the significant increase in operations in its warehouses. The new warehouse management solution needed to also fully support the efficiency of all operations at DC level, from picking processes to balancing the increasing workload of shipments to dozens of stores. After a thorough review of the market, the new warehouse management solution was selected and implemented to provide accurate capabilities and to set up modernized, end-to-end DC processes.

“Because we are among the top companies in the children’s goods segment, as well as being the winner of the “Golden Bear,” the national award for the children’s industry, we believe that control, quality and traceability are fundamental to our logistic processes to better serve our customers” said Artem Elizarov, Director of IT, Korablik. “This is why we decided to open our first warehouse and internalize all our logistic operations for a better control. SymphonyAI provided the best solution in terms of functionality and rapid deployment through a local partner.”

“We are honored that Korablik selected us to equip their first DC and support the growth of their business. The retailer was looking for a comprehensive solution to support all its end-to-end processes and improve its traceability, and it’s exciting to see our warehouse management suite up and running,” said Stanislav Krupnik, Head of Sales – Central Europe, SymphonyAI. “We look forward to supporting KORABLIK in leveraging our solutions to improve their processes of picking, storage and control operations.”

Implementation of the SymphonyAI Warehouse Management is being done by a local partner, Consulting for Retail, who has broad experience in warehouse management operations and end-to-end supply chain planning. Their expertise enabled the new warehouse management solution to be tightly connected to replenishment and logistic processes.
