Douglas standardizes on Symphony EYC for Store Specific Space Planning

As of 11 January, 2018 Symphony EYC became the Customer Intelligence Division of SymphonyAI.

Part of the company’s strategy is to significantly improve its merchandising processes and the Symphony EYC solutions are enabling Douglas to optimize assortments and ensure that recommendations are space aware and store-specific.
