Russia’s DIXY Group Aligns IT and Business Development Strategy based on Symphony EYC GOLD

Symphony GOLD, a global leader in delivering ROI for retailers, manufacturers, and wholesalers using customer insights to drive execution, today announced the leading Russian food retailer DIXY Group has reinforced its long-term partnership with Symphony GOLD. As part of its strategic IT foundation to underwrite its business development strategy, DIXY Group is upgrading and extending its current deployment to take advantage of the next generation of Symphony GOLD solutions.

The DIXY Group of Companies is one of Russia’s leading food and everyday products retailers. The company specializes in developing neighbourhood stores in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the three federal districts of Russia – Central, Northwest and the Urals – as well as in the Kaliningrad region, which together account for more than half of the food and everyday products retail market in the Russian Federation.

Taking advantage of the next generation GOLD solutions, DIXY Group will extend its use of GOLD Master Data Management, Merchandise Management, Supply Chain Management, Store and Warehouse Operations and also deploy GOLD Store Mobility, GOLD Demand Forecasting and GOLD Warehouse Replenishment.
