This customer’s paper-based standard operating procedures (SOPs) were cumbersome to use, enforce and update. As a result, safety incidents, inconsistencies, scrap and errors were trending upward. The SymphonyAI Industrial Platform was used to create and implement a digitized SOP solution in eight weeks, followed by rollout to six sister plants. After implementation, the customer experienced reduced safety incidents and improved compliance.
