Scenario: Software Installation
When an employee in a large organization requires the installation of new software for a project, they initiate a Service Request (SR). By providing software and asset details in the catalog, the SR is raised with minimal human intervention. The Service Automation engine is then activated, installing the software through the Asset Agent installation process. The real-time status of the SR and the associated workflows during the software installation process can be monitored through the Live Feed. After installation, the SR status in the Live Feed is updated to “Success.”
