Symphony EYC and REWE expand successful cooperation

As of 11 January, 2018 Symphony EYC became the Customer Intelligence Division of SymphonyAI.

Symphony EYC has extended its cooperation with REWE. Symphony EYC has been a consulting partner on various pilot projects since 2013. This successful cooperation will now be expanded. From now on REWE entrusts Symphony EYC with the analysis and consulting services for more than 3,000 supermarkets of the REWE Markt GmbH in Germany. Symphony EYCs’ experts and analysts will provide REWE with important insights for their optimisation of sales related levers.

Symphony EYC will continue to help REWE implementing promotional measures in all German markets, using their software as well as individual consulting and analysis services. Consulting includes pricing, assortment and shelf planning, promotion management as well as direct marketing activities.

“With the software and the IT service solutions of our partner Symphony EYC we are able to make future oriented decisions as well as identify and implement measures to increase growth and efficiency“, says Hilmar Hübers, executive of REWE Markt GmbH.

Expanding the cooperation means actively enlarging the consultant and analyst group of at the Symphony EYC Office in Cologne. The best European experts for data analysis are sought for business support in order to support various projects – future consultants should be passionate for data and technology innovation.
