It is the cornerstone upon which SymphonyAI builds lasting relationships where we are essential to our customers’ success. This is demonstrated in our company values of customer focus and targeted performance whilst we deliver innovation at speed.  

The customer’s perception of SymphonyAI and its offerings, products and services is the lens through which quality will be evaluated in the marketplace. Our goal is to deliver value to our customers each time they interact with SymphonyAI directly or through our business partners in all the geographic markets we serve. SymphonyAI listens to customer feedback and uses these insights to improve customer experience and quality. The customer’s decision to choose and recommend SymphonyAI to their business partners and colleagues will be part of how SymphonyAI will measure success.   

We have aligned our Quality Management System to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and we are actively working towards certification against this Standard.

SymphonyAI is committed to ensuring the resilience of our operations, products and services to safeguard the interests of our business, our customers and other stakeholders. Although we recognise that on occasion, events can negatively impact our business, we aim to reduce the likelihood, impact and duration of disruption. Our highest priorities in responding to disruptions are the protection of our people and those around us, the safeguarding of our most valuable assets and a swift recovery to resume the delivery of our high-quality products and services.     

We have aligned our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) to the requirements of ISO 22301:2019 and we are actively working towards certification against this Standard. As part of this, we have implemented a framework with clear strategies and objectives and a focus on continual improvement.  

Security Policy Statement

SymphonyAI is committed to delivering the highest practicable levels of security across all our operations, sites and delivery activities to protect our interests and those of our customers and other stakeholders.   

We are committed to protecting our critical business systems from threats, whether malicious, unintended or unforeseeable. Maintaining effective information security in all our business activities is critical to the success of our business and our customers.   

SymphonyAI is SOC2 certified. We have additionally aligned our Information Security Management System (ISMS) to the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and we are actively working towards certification against this Standard. As part of this we implement a framework with clear strategies, objectives and a focus on continual improvement.
