Overview
Refinery Management is an Industrial IoT (IIoT) and asset performance management (APM) application built for the oil and gas sector. It gives refinery teams a single view of operations across four areas.
- Operational excellence - overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), the product of availability, performance, and quality, is tracked in real time, giving leadership a clear health score for whether the plant is reaching its production potential.
- Asset and maintenance management - tracks critical repairs, such as heat exchanger replacements and pump inspections, flags overdue tasks, and measures mean time to repair (MTTR).
- Real-time production monitoring - daily output in barrels per day is tracked against total capacity and yield targets, connecting what happens in the plant with what leadership sees.
- Incident response - every alert is grouped as critical, emergency, or warning, so managers address safety and environmental risks before they escalate into costly outages.
