- AI adoption is now mainstream. Nearly 80% of institutions plan to innovate with AI in financial crime compliance by 2026, with most expecting ROI within 12–24 months in transaction monitoring and customer due diligence.
- Data confidence is fragile. Only 11% of organizations are “very confident” in their data quality, while over half admit to fragmentation, inconsistencies, and governance gaps.
