Everything in one place

Workers no longer need to walk around with multiple manuals, SOP’s, or paper documents. On the app, your operators can consult and execute all your manufacturing procedures and inspection workflows in one place.

Instant, two-way feedback

Paper is unresponsive and cannot prevent or correct mistakes, such as incorrect values entered. With a workflow-based connected worker solution, there are numerous ways to circumvent this problem, such as easily embedded input controls, tolerance limits, input validations, conditional logic, and more. Additionally, workers are enabled to provide feedback or document observations on any task.

Always the right version

Operators only have access to one version of a workflow. Version Control automatically ensures that once a version is published on the admin portal, every connected worker in the company is on the same version. No more mistakes from outdated or different versions used at the same time in different plants.

Full traceability of all execution details

All execution data – from any workflow or inspection – is automatically stored in real-time. Execution data can be contextualized at an individual level for compliance reasons, or at an aggregated level for continuous improvement reasons, efficiency metrics, or any other KPI you desire.

Enrich instructions and inspections with media

Plain text can be ineffective in transmitting information. In some instances, images or videos are more appropriate communication formats providing better context or details. Operators of all ages will benefit from the inherent appeal of images and video.

Designed to meet the needs and complexity of today’s manufacturing operations

Offline execution

Whether offshore or inside the metal frame of a manufacturing line, device connectivity is often challenging. With SymphonyAI, operators can continue to execute tasks even when their mobile device is offline. Once the device is back online, all execution data is seamlessly and automatically transferred and stored in the admin portal.

Handsfree execution using smart glasses

For jobs where operators need both hands free, using smart glasses gives operators the ability to request or give execution feedback via ‘voice commands’ or ‘touch and swipe’. Enabling workers to keep both hands free to do their job safely.

Secure access and data management

Our solution can be integrated with Active Directory, configured with a Single-Sign-On (SSO) mechanism, and 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) to manage both the device and the admin portal access. Customers can request install on their private cloud or on-prem. It’s SOC 2 Type 2 certified, guaranteeing all necessary security standards and practices are in place.

Follow-up issues with state-of-the-art action management

Workflows can be configured as an Action and then launched from or for other workflows. If a worker encounters a problem, they can easily trigger an Action workflow, include contextual information, and seamlessly send an actionable workflow to the appropriate recipients. This powerful mechanism not only ensures a CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) follow-up but also secures full traceability of the execution chain.

Device and operating system agnostic

Digital executions on the device of your choice! You are not forced to work with one type of device because it’s device and operating-system agnostic (iOS, Android, Windows). Your workflow and inspection content, on SymphonyAI, seamlessly adapts to your device settings; Whether on PC, laptop, tablet, smart phone, or even smart glasses. Depending on the use case and context, you can even switch from one device to another within an execution.
