Offline execution

Whether offshore or inside the metal frame of a manufacturing line, device connectivity is often challenging. With SymphonyAI, operators can continue to execute tasks even when their mobile device is offline. Once the device is back online, all execution data is seamlessly and automatically transferred and stored in the admin portal.

Handsfree execution using smart glasses

For jobs where operators need both hands free, using smart glasses gives operators the ability to request or give execution feedback via ‘voice commands’ or ‘touch and swipe’. Enabling workers to keep both hands free to do their job safely.

Secure access and data management

Our solution can be integrated with Active Directory, configured with a Single-Sign-On (SSO) mechanism, and 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) to manage both the device and the admin portal access. Customers can request install on their private cloud or on-prem. It’s SOC 2 Type 2 certified, guaranteeing all necessary security standards and practices are in place.

Follow-up issues with state-of-the-art action management

Workflows can be configured as an Action and then launched from or for other workflows. If a worker encounters a problem, they can easily trigger an Action workflow, include contextual information, and seamlessly send an actionable workflow to the appropriate recipients. This powerful mechanism not only ensures a CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) follow-up but also secures full traceability of the execution chain.
